About Hatters' Heritage

Encouraging the preservation and appreciation of the heritage and history of Luton Town Football Club.

Hatters' Heritage is a group which has recently been set up under the watchful eye of Club Historian Roger Wash.

At its recent inaugural Annual General Meeting, Roger was appointed as the group's first Chairman and will serve on a seven-man committee alongside Club representative, Kevan Platt.

John Kingham was elected as Treasurer and Philippe Hucklesby as Secretary, with Andy King, Brian Webb, David Cain and Dave Cockfield comprising the remainder of the committee.

Hatters' Heritage adopted its constitution with a clearly stated objective: The objects of the Society are for the advancement of education to benefit the public by encouraging the preservation and appreciation of the heritage and history of Luton Town Football Club.

The group already has some bold plans for the future which will include the build and design of a comprehensive website depicting the 133-year history of the Club. The plan is to include match reports, photographs and imagery of each match (where such material exists), together with player
