happy christmas from hatters heritage
We'd like to take the opportunity to wish all our patrons, members and followers a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous 2025.
It's been a significant year for Hatters' Heritage. Work has continued at the museum and our team of brilliant volunteers are drawing to the end of their work locating Luton-related photos and articles. We have also launched our new website and, most importantly, achieved our initial aim of providing match reports, photos and programmes for every game in our 139 year history, where possible. At an early meeting with a potential web agency we were told that such a thing was a crazy idea, but like the club itself we delight in defying expectation, and we sincerely believe we now have the best all-round football heritage website in the country.
The work continues into 2025 to preserve the history of our wonderful, slightly bonkers, Luton Town Football Club. We have more match photos to add and we will be aiming to include new features on the site as the year progresses. Stay tuned!
Like all Luton supporters, we are delighted with the approval of Power Court plans. It does, however, give us pause to reflect on the history of the ground we're leaving and especially of the fans that have filled the old place since 1905. Many of these Hatters can be seen in our Christmas video - a celebration of all Luton fans and a reminder that, without us, football is nothing.
We look forward to seeing you in the new year and beyond. Until then, COYH!
