Alec Forbes
Alec Forbes Date of Birth: Oct 5, 1906 Share "Alec Forbes" on FacebookSigned from top Scottish Junior club Mussleburgh as a left full back in the summer of 1928, Alec was a useful reserve who was not quite good enough to get into the first team.
He played well in the reserves but his only game for Luton came at centre half when he replaced John Fulton in a home game against Torquay United in April 1929 which was lost 2-1.
He was not called up again and was given a free transfer joining Gillingham and later Bournemouth. He had a very successful career with both clubs.
