Andre Boucaud

Andre Christopher Boucaud Date of Birth: Oct 10, 1984

Born in Enfield, Andre spent time in the youth systems of QPR and Reading, where he signed his first professional contract. His professional debut came on loan at Peterborough United in 2003 and a permanent move to the Posh followed. While there he also made his international debut for Trinidad & Tobago.

By the time he arrived at Luton in January 2012, he had become an established presence at Conference Premier level, initially with Kettering Town and then with York City. Having played sporadically in the remainder of the season, Andre left for Notts County, where his neat and tidy midfield play saw him become a key member of their League One squad. After leaving County in 2015, he spent four seasons at Dagenham & Redbridge before winding down his domestic career at Barnet and Maidstone United.

Andre’s international career extended beyond club retirement, winning the last of his 48 caps during the Soca Warriors’ 2022 World Cup qualifying campaign.

After hanging up his boots, Andre remained closely associated with the game, being registered as an agent and helping to establish a football academy in Zimbabwe alongside ex-QPR and Nottingham Forest striker, Dexter Blackstock.
