Andre Scarlett

Andre Pierre Scarlett Date of Birth: Jan 11, 1980

Tiny right-sided midfielder Andre joined Luton from school and after working up through the ranks made a dream League debut when coming on as a substitute in a dour home game against Oldham in October 1998 and scoring a match clinching goal in stoppage time.

Sadly this did not preface a long and successful career at Kenilworth Road for the tenacious and skilful but tiny right sided midfielder as, although always on the fringes of the first team over the next three years, his chances were sporadic and he was never given a long run in the side.

Andre eventually left for Wealdstone and enjoyed a long career in non-League circles playing into his forties.
