Andy Dibble
Andy Dibble Date of Birth: May 8, 1965 Share "Andy Dibble" on FacebookAndy will always hold a special place in the hearts of Luton supporters due to his heroic display in goal during the 1988 Littlewoods Cup final when the Hatters beat Arsenal 3-2.
Welshman Andy started out with Cardiff, before moving to Luton for £125,000 in 1984 but early on in his Hatters career he suffered a bad injury at Manchester United and was from then on trying to get his place back from the remarkably consistent Les Sealey.
An injury to Sealey gave him his Littlewoods Cup chance but knowing he was likely to be back on the bench, Andy opted for a £240,000 move to Manchester City and from there a dozen league clubs in a long career.
Andy then became goalkeeping coach at Coventry followed by similar roles at Peterborough, Rotherham and Cardiff.
