Andy Kiwomya

Andy Kiwomya Date of Birth: Oct 1, 1967

An England Youth international, Andy was on the books of Barnsley as a youngster but had managed only 17 League appearances spread over ten years with six clubs before he earned a regular spot with Bradford City after his transfer there in 1995.

With winger Paul Showler on the injured list, Luton manager Lennie Lawrence brought the speedy Andy to Kenilworth Road in March 1997 on loan and he made an immediate impact by starring in a 2-0 win at Burnley on his debut.

He played four more times for the Hatters over the remainder of that season and was then loaned out to Burnley, who had obviously liked what they saw a few months earlier, before he finished his League career at Notts County.

Andy subsequently managed Sheffield FC and coached at Leeds United.
