A 6 foot 3 inch midfielder, Arnaud started his football career at Rouen where as a 17 year old he impressed in his 12 appearances with 3 goals. Trophy but left after Christmas.
Spells followed with Lincoln City, Whitehawk, Hemel Hempstead Town, a club in Malta, back to Whitehawk and finally Welling United. Arnaud won two international caps for Guinea-Bissau.
