Charlie Henry
Charlie Henry Date of Birth: Sep 28, 1986 Share "Charlie Henry" on FacebookBorn in Stevenage, Charlie was initially at Luton as a youth before being released at the age of 15. After spells at a number of non-league clubs, as well as a brief stint at Wycombe Wanderers, he joined Newport County at the start of the 2009/10 season. Having impressed at Spytty Park, winning England C honours in the process, Richard Money brought him to Kenilworth Road, initially on loan, signing permanently in January 2011.
Unfortunately a foot injury picked up prior to his move from South Wales turned out to be far more serious than initially thought, meaning that Charlie was unable to make his Luton debut until October 2012, when he came on as a substitute in the FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round win against Hendon. After a two-month loan spell at Aldershot, the midfielder made five further first-team appearances, including two in the league, before being released at the end of the 2012/13 season.
In 2014, Charlie returned to South Bedfordshire for a third time, moving from Team Wellington in New Zealand to Dunstable, then of the Southern League Premier Division.
