Harold Whitehead

While playing for Luton Amateurs, Harold was drafted into the Town side in December 1919 due to a goalkeeping crisis and made five appearances including two in the FA Cup.

He conceded goals at each of his three Southern League games but kept notable clean sheets in FA Cup wins at Brighton and Coventry.

When regular goalkeeper Percy Summers was fully fir again he resumed duties leaving Harold to return to Amateurs.
