James Cox Date of Birth: Apr 11, 1980

Joining Luton as a youth trainee and signing professional forms in May 1998, Jimmy looked to have a long career in front of him when he burst on the scene as an 18 year old in a Worthington Cup tie at Ipswich early in the following season.

Showing pace and dribbling skills, Jimmy made eight league appearances over the 1998/99 campaign in midfield and attack but was surprisingly released the next summer and opted to go back to his native Gloucester where he joined the local City side.
