Jude Stirling

After joining Luton from school, Jude signed professional forms for the Hatters in July 1999.

A tall central defender or defensive midfielder, with a huge long throw, Jude was unfortunate to be dismissed on his League debut at Swansea in September 2000 but went on to make a further eight appearances that season as the Hatters were relegated to the football basement.

When it became obvious that new manager Joe Kinnear wanted a complete shake up of playing personnel at Kenilworth Road, Jude joined Stevenage in February 2002 and then went on to play for several non-League clubs before re-entering the Football League with Oxford and subsequently Lincoln and Peterborough.

Jude earned promotion with Milton Keynes before enjoying a season at Notts County and then drifting back to non-League.
