Kevin Foley

Kevin Patrick Foley Date of Birth: Nov 1, 1984

Luton boy Kevin first came to the attention of the local newspapers when skippering Cardinal Newman RC school who won the Heinz Ketchup Cup, the schools equivalent of the F.A.Cup, at Highbury.

Snapped up by the Hatters, Kevin made his League debut coming on as substitute in a 2-2 home draw with Bristol City in April 2003 and scored his first goal early in the following season during a Carling Cup clash with Yeovil at Kenilworth Road.

Since that time, Kevin remained virtually ever present in the Luton side as a right sided defensive player until a big money move to Wolves in 2007 where he played in the top flight and won caps for the Republic of Ireland.

On leaving Wolves, Kevin signed for FC Copenhagen and then subsequently turned out for Ipswich, Charlton and Coventry before ending up at Billericay.

On retirement from playing, Kevin took up a coaching role at Tampa Bay Rowdies.
