Leon Gall

Born in Alloa in 1878, Leon was a well-travelled forward by the time he came to Luton in September 1902.

Having turned out for Gainsborough Trinity, South Shields and Doncaster he had earned a reputation as a goalscorer and proved his worth in 1902-03 by netting 12 goals in 20 starts.

He refused a contract at the end of his only season at Luton and joined Belfast Celtic, where he won Irish League representative honours before enjoying a spell in the Football League with Glossop.
