Michael McIndoe

Michael McIndoe Date of Birth: Dec 2, 1979

Edinburgh born Michael joined the Hatters from school, signing professional forms in April 1998. After making his League debut, coming on as substitute in a 3-1 win at Wigan, Michael was regularly picked throughout the 1998/99 campaign and into the following season and seemed set for a long Luton career until well documented off-field problems meant him losing his place in the side.

The clever left sided midfielder or winger then made a fresh start at Hereford and from there moved back up through the divisions with Yeovil, Doncaster and Wolves before joining up with his old Glovers manager Gary Johnson at Bristol City.

A big money move to Coventry followed before a drift down the divisions, taking in a couple of Scottish clubs on the way.

Michael brought out an autobiography called ‘Wildling’ in 2017.
