Neil Midgley
Neil Midgley Date of Birth: Oct 21, 1978 Share "Neil Midgley" on FacebookCambridge born Neil joined Ipswich from school but found the going tough at Portman Road and so was allowed to take a loan spell at Luton in September 1999 to gain League experience.
Neil made ten appearances whilst on loan with the Hatters, scoring three goals, including a brace against a strong Burnley side. Forming a good partnership with Liam George the lively striker looked set to stay at Kenilworth Road but Ipswich recalled him and refused to sell.
After only four League outings with Ipswich, Neil eventually transferred to Barnet in 2001 and since then turned out for Canvey Island, Kettering and Cambridge City.
