Having broken through as an apprentice under the watchful eye of John Moore, Primarily a left back, Parys was versatile and made his debut under Joe Kinnear in the 02/03 season coming off the bench in a 2-0 victory over Woking in the LDV Vans Trophy, before 3 appearances in 3 separate competitions for Luton Town under Mike Newell during the 03/04 season, with substitute appearances in both the Carling Cup against newly promoted Yeovil Town and the FA Cup against Thurrock. His only start came in the LDV Vans Trophy in a 1-0 victory over Stevenage Borough.
Parys was released at the end of the 03/04 season, and played for Cambridge United, Dunstable Town, Hitchin Town, Kettering Town, St Neots, Rugby, Barton Rovers, Arlesey Town before moving to Australia to play for Northcote City. Unfortunately he passed away on 30th October 2013, having attended a music festival in Leicester.
