Tommy Streeton

Luton born Tom was a star forward for Luton Clarence who, along with many others, was called up by the Town in times of emergency.

Tom was a little different though as he turned out in 27 first team games between 1911-12 and 1912-13 as a maker and taker of goals as well as continuing to play for Clarence who were serial Beds Senior Cup winners at the time.

The introduction of Ernie Simms to the side in 1913-14 ended the Town’s reliance on his services so he concentrated full time on Clarence.
