Born in Carmarthen in 1900, Vincent started out with Cardiff before going on a tour of Welsh clubs leading to a move to Millwall in 1927 where he made 42 League appearances in four seasons.
Moving to Luton in the summer of 1931, he failed to displace former England International Fred Kean from his favoured right-half position and managed only three appearances, although a bout of appendicitis hindered his progress.
Released at the end of the season, Vincent had spells at Norwich and Newport before ending up back at Cardiff City.
Vincent passed away in Newport in 1950.
