Following spells at Aldershot, Wycombe, Northwich Victoria and Dagenham & Redbridge, the centre-half signed a six-month contract with Luton at the beginning of the 2011/12 season.
He started the first 12 games of the season, scoring in the 5-1 home win over Southport and the 1-1 draw at Mansfield Town. An FA Cup fourth round qualifying tie against Hendon provided a Kenilworth Road farewell, after which he had a brief loan spell at Grimsby Town before the expiry of his Luton contract in January 2012.
Moves to Staines Town and AFC Wimbledon followed, during which time Will took up a part-time role with the Tottenham academy. He retired at the conclusion of the 2013/14 season and has since developed his coaching career, including a period as head coach of the England under-15 boys’ team.
