A Adcock

Tony Adcock

Anthony (Tony) Charles ADCOCK

Bethnal Green born Tony was an experienced goalscorer with two good feet and a respectable strike rate who was signed by Luton manager David Pleat in the summer of 1994 for £20,000 as forward cover.
Unfortunately, a series of injuries meant that he was restricted to only two substitute appearances, at Notts County and at home to Charlton in 1994/95, and he was allowed to leave that summer, returning to Colchester with whom he had started his career in 1981.
After being released by Colchester in 1999, Tony wound down his football career at Heybridge Swifts.
