Arthur Sidney Mills Date of Birth: Sep 29, 1906 Share "Arthur Mills" on FacebookBorn in Karachi, India in 1906, Arthur was a long term transfer target of Town manager Harold Wightman who finally got his man in the summer of 1932, enticing him from Gainsborough Trinity.
A fast and direct winger who was virtually ever present in 1932-33, scoring 14 goals to boot, he was surprisingly released at the end of the season to joining Gillingham where he was equally successful.
He only lasted a season at Gillingham also and eventually drifted back to Gainsborough.
Arthur passed away in 1979.
