The Town hit five goals for the first time since 1997 as the terrific start by Kinnear continues. The win sees the Town leapfrog Swansea in an entertaining game of defensive errors. Venezuelan striker Savarese, thrown out after a Luton trial be ex-manager Ricky Hill, grabs a hat-trick.

FEATURED MATCH
PLAYER SPOTLIGHT
Born in Barnet in 1891, William and his brothers were raised in Hitchin where the family had a fishmongers business.
Playing for Hitchin on the wing, William had trials at Everton before
signing up at Brentford for a short spell and then getting his big
break at Leicester Fosse joining up with his goalkeeping brother. Sadly he made only one appearance for Fosse and after an unsuccessful trial at Luton in 1913 the Great War took over.
Coming back to Luton in 1919 he made one appearance on the wing on the opening day of 1919-20 before seeing out the rest of his career at Letchworth.
Arriving on loan from Aston Villa in the January 2021 transfer window, in part to replace the outgoing Simon Sluga, Jed made his debut in the 3-0 FA Cup win at Cambridge, impressing with his calmness and shot-stopping.
He made three further appearances, keeping two clean sheets, before an awful injury suffered during the televised FA Cup 5th Round tie with Chelsea brought his loan spell to a premature end and, as a goalkeeping crisis unfolded, left supporters wondering what if?
ABOUT US
WHAT YOU CAN DO
The Heritage Lottery Fund enabled us to launch the website which we believe is the most comprehensive of any club in the country.
Whilst we benefit from the unpaid work of volunteers, we need funds to pay for hosting and maintaining the website, insurance of the memorabilia collection and various licenses such as Adobe. We also need to build up a fund to purchase important memorabilia.
