Edgar Hall
Edgar Hall Date of Birth: Mar 31, 1878 Share "Edgar Hall" on FacebookBorn in Markyate in 1878, Edgar, a promising full-back, refused the overtures of the Town, preferring to complete his studies and turning out for amateur sides in London.
Studies completed and diploma received he eventually signed for the Town in the summer of 1901 but the step up in class to the Southern League proved too great and he made only eight appearances in the first team in three years spending the rest of the time in the reserves. He did, however, gain the consolation of two Beds Senior Cup winners medals.
Edgar went on to play for Luton Clarence.
