Ray Daniel

Raymond Christopher Daniel Date of Birth: Dec 10, 1964

Local boy Ray made his way up through the ranks at Kenilworth Road before making his Luton debut at home to Sunderland in March 1983 as substitute.

At home in any position down the left hand side Ray could never carve out a regular place in Luton’s top flight side and moved to Hull in 1986 where his career took off and he then enjoyed extended spells at Cardiff, Portsmouth and Walsall over the next ten years with only a succession of injuries keeping his appearances down.

After being connected with various clubs in the Hull area, Ray became a coach of the Hall Road Rangers side.
