Sam Beckwith

Bedford born Sam was a product of the Hatters youth academy, joining aged 8. He signed a development contract with the club in 2019 before being loaned out to Biggleswade Town for one month in the 2019/20 season. 

Upon Sam’s return to the club, he made 1 appearance for the Hatters, against Stevenage in the Carabao Cup, a 2-2 draw, which the Hatters lost in a penalty shoot out. Failing to breakthrough into the first team squad, Sam was loaned out to National League club Maidenhead United for the entirety of the 2021/22 season.

Beckwith did well with Maidenhead throughout the season and joined the Magpies permanently ahead of the 2022/23 season.
