The Hatters seem to be holding out for a point, but Palace then introduce Bruce Dyer as a late substitute, and he hammers the ball home after taking advantage of hesitancy in the Luton defence following a long throw from David Hopkin. The second goal comes as the Hatters push for an equaliser.
